Alessandra Dassios

Alessandra has a diverse civil litigation practice assisting individual, owner-operator, start-up, and large corporate clients with business, employment, and tenancy concerns. She has a particular interest in shareholder disputes and contractual interpretation.
Before joining Paris & Sayer LLP, Alessandra summered and articled at a leading Toronto litigation boutique where she worked closely with expert partners on various high-profile matters, including departing employee claims, partnership disputes in the tech industry, and precedent-setting appeals.
As a student, Alessandra completed her J.D. and civil law degrees at McGill University while working as a Teaching Assistant in contract law. At the Laskin Moot competition, she won first-place awards in both written and oral advocacy in addition to obtaining the all-around trophy for first-place school.
Prior to law school, Alessandra graduated at the top of her class at the University of Toronto, winning the Rièse Gold Medal for her Honours French Language and Linguistics degree.
In her free time, Alessandra continues to pursue her passion for learning new languages.
